Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jazarahstore.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving damaged or incorrect items. Perfumes are fragile products, and although we pack them with great care and security, they may occasionally break during transit.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any of these requirements are missing, the item will not be eligible for an exchange.
To process your request, please email us at sales@jazarahstore.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect items and your order number. In this case, we will also refund your shipping costs.
Undamaged Items:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer a 14-day refund policy only for unopened items. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
Please email us at sales@jazarahstore.com within 14 days of receiving your item to start the return process. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have—unused and sealed in its original packaging—and once the return is accepted and received, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility of returns and refunds.
