1. Shipping Scope

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order at any time.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 USD (within the continental United States only).
Free-shipping orders ship via the standard method.

5. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors provided by the customer.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated timeframe:

Notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Email sales@jazarahstore.com with your order number and photos of the package.

We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.
