For purchases made using Klarna as a payment method, customers have the right
to return their items within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery for
a full refund.
To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original
packaging. Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not
eligible for return.
Return shipping is free of charge for all Klarna purchases.
Refunds for Klarna purchases are issued within 14 business days.
No restocking fees apply to Klarna purchases.
Store credit or exchanges are not applicable for Klarna purchases; refunds will
be issued to the original Klarna payment method only.
